That's the problem. Any one offering offshore drilling, or drilling the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge are trying to appease people at the expense of the environment. In reality, we won't see the benefits of those explorations for at least six years or more. We need to start taking care of the problem now without causing further harm to the environment.
